Bulletin Board – September/October 2026 (Vol 40 Issue 4)

Rob England's photo feature covers RMMBC 2026 at SFU, including 18 clinics, a new PechaKucha short-clinic format, manufacturer displays, Meet the Modeller, workshops on static grass and handlaid track, and models from David Finley, James Jordan, Mark Wittrup, and the late Marc Simpson.
Victor Gilbert recaps the August BCSME barbecue with about 40 attendees, reports plans for a third Modelling Night in Langley and one in Victoria, and welcomes Peter Grisdale as Webmaster and John Geddes as Publicity Coordinator.

Editor Rob England previews Aidan Botting's feature on Moscrop Secondary's model railway program and introduces this issue's obituary for widely-known local modeller Mark Dance.

Teacher Aidan Botting's model railway design class at Moscrop Secondary, which competed in VTEX 2023 and 2024, is expanding to two blocks and about 60 students for 2025-2026; the 7th Division is funding module construction for the class.
Superintendent Victor Gilbert confirms Vancouver Train Expo will not be held in 2025 after the Lower Mainland Train Expo Society failed to find a new President and Show Coordinator, and warns the show's return is uncertain without one.
